A new building section of the Revaler Spitze

Revaler Spitze is the project name of the new district in the middle of Friedrichshain, that we have been developing since 2010.

With the Revaler 19 building, part of Revaler Spitze’s sixth construction phase, we are continuing to develop the design style found in the facades of earlier phases. In doing so, we are continuing our tried-and-tested, functional and harmonious cilinker brick and plaster surfaces.

This characteristic style is also applied to the interior of the building: Straightforward, no superfluous frippery, high quality materials of sturdy design and processed to a high standard.

Strongly believing that a city benefits from a mix of districts, locations and its residents, whilst planning Revaler 19, we have decided on more spacious apartments.
This is to intentionally contrast the structure of the surrounding buildings, which, due to the historical narrow structure of the original district, are predominantly small apartments.

Location

Along Friedrichshain in the Boxhagen city district, the Revaler Straße connects the Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße train stations - both of which are within walking distance.

As Ostkreuz, the biggest passenger interchange in Berlin, is nearing completion, Warschauer Straße is the hub of lively Friedrichshain.

The Oberbaumbrücke, the indisputable landmark of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, is only a few meters from here.

The Mediaspree business zone and the stunning construction currently shaping the area around the Mercedes Benz arena is directly next door.
